The 'global
debut' project.
&TEAM is a multinational 9-member boygroup under HYBE LABELS JAPAN, HYBE's 100%-owned sublabel focused on the Japanese market. They are also the first Japanese group under HYBE, with plans to start in Japan and go on to perform on the global stage.The project was announced firstly on December 2020's NYEL, later a video was released inviting participants to join the &AUDITION process. In November of 2021, the CEO Han Hyun Rok talked about the group on HYBE's Briefing with the Community.In November 03, 2021, HYBE revealed the &AUDITION - The Howling program to find new members to join the original 4 members.The group started with 4 original members - K, Nicholas, EJ, and TAKI - and through the show "&AUDITION - The Howling", 5 other members were added: FUMA, Yuma, JO, Harua, and Maki.
